Do you need a doctor, dentist, or medicine? Are you uninsured?

If all the following information describes you:

  • Brunswick County resident
  • Adult over the age of 18
  • Uninsured and ineligible for Medicaid, Medicare or VA Benefits
  • Total gross household income falls under 200% of Federal Poverty Guidelines
  • Have already applied for all benefits to which you may be entitled

And you are looking for a FREE clinic that offers:

  • Dental care
  • Eye care
  • General medical care
  • Pharmacy Services
