New Hope Clinic may be able to help YOU
If all the following information describes you:
- Brunswick County resident
- Adult age of 18 or over
- Have Medicaid or are Uninsured and ineligible for Medicare, VA Benefits, private insurance, or affordable employer insurance
- Total gross household income falls under 300% of Federal Poverty Guidelines
- Have already applied for all benefits to which you may be entitled
